Gratitude for Our Wonderful IAs

Last Friday, Wiley PTA celebrated Instructional Assistant (IA) Appreciation Day—and what a perfect opportunity it was to shine a light on some of the most dedicated members of our school community.

Our IAs provide steady support in classrooms every single day. They work with small groups, assist teachers, and give students the extra encouragement they need to succeed. Their patience, care, and commitment make a lasting impact, and Wiley simply wouldn’t be the same without them.
