This is Lori’s first year serving as PTA President at Wiley. With an international background and a deep passion for education and community-building, Lori is committed to creating inclusive, empowering spaces for Wiley families, teachers, and students. Her work has been featured in several international magazines for her impact in culinary arts, adult and youth education, and entrepreneurship.

Lori brings years of experience working with adults and youth in transition, and she’s dedicated to supporting the academic success, well-being, and cultural enrichment of every student. She believes in the power of collaboration, equity, and family engagement to strengthen our school community.

Lori is mom to a 5th grader at Wiley and a Senior at Southeast Raleigh Magnet High School.

This is Marilyn's 4th year on the board, previously serving as VP and President. She is dedicated to fostering a strong partnership between parents, teachers, and the school community. With a focus on collaboration and communication, Marilyn works to support various PTA programs, organize events, and advocate for the needs of families and staff. She strives to create a positive and inclusive environment at Wiley.

Marilyn is mom to a Wiley 5th grader and Ligon 7th grader.

Carie is honored to return as PTA Treasurer. She previously served as vice president and assistant treasurer. She enjoys taking on tasks that utilize her background in records management and library science.

Carie is the proud mom of a Wiley 2nd and 4th grader.

Meghan is excited to join the Wiley PTA board this fall (2025) and looks forward to serving our amazing school community! She currently works in human resources at NC State, and has a passion for helping others succeed. Meghan previously served as an HOA secretary for two years as well as a PTA secretary at a previous elementary school.

Meghan serves as snack manager and taxi driver (aka mom!) to a Wiley 3rd grader and Moore Square 6th grader.
